Alchemy MMA Membership Agreement

1. Membership & Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified. By enrolling, I authorize Alchemy MMA to charge my payment method on file for all applicable membership fees, including any applicable taxes or fees.

2. Payment Responsibility

I agree to maintain a valid payment method on file at all times. If a payment fails, I understand that my access to training may be suspended until the balance is resolved. Alchemy MMA reserves the right to retry failed payments.

3. Late Fees & Failed Payments

If a payment is declined or returned, the following may apply:

• A late fee of $10–$25 may be added to the outstanding balance
• Payment will be retried automatically
• Access to training may be suspended until payment is resolved

Accounts that remain unpaid may be subject to cancellation or collections at the discretion of Alchemy MMA.

4. Cancellation Policy (Member-Initiated)

Membership may be canceled with written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing date. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. Failure to provide proper notice may result in one additional billing cycle.

5. Membership Changes

Membership upgrades or downgrades may be requested at any time and will take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise approved.

6. Attendance & Usage

Membership access is based on the selected plan. Limited memberships (e.g., Foundation) are restricted to the number of classes specified. Unlimited memberships allow participation in all eligible classes.

7. Family Memberships (if applicable)

Family pricing or discounts apply only to members of the same household on a shared billing account. Discounts are applied at the discretion of Alchemy MMA and may be adjusted or removed if conditions are not met.

8. Membership Hold / Freeze Policy

Alchemy MMA allows temporary membership holds under the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons:
• Medical injury (with notice)
• Travel (minimum 2 weeks)
• Active military duty or deployment

Terms:
• Holds must be requested in advance when possible
• Minimum hold: 2 weeks
• Maximum hold: 2–3 months (unless military deployment)
• Billing will be paused during approved hold period
• Membership will automatically resume after hold ends

Alchemy MMA reserves the right to approve or deny hold requests based on circumstances.

9. Code of Conduct

Alchemy MMA is a place of discipline, respect, and growth. Members agree to:
• Treat coaches, staff, and training partners with respect
• Maintain proper hygiene and safety standards
• Follow all gym rules and coaching instruction

Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

10. Facility & Schedule Changes

Alchemy MMA reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, and facility operations as needed.

11. Personal Property

Alchemy MMA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

12. Minors (if applicable)

As a parent or legal guardian, I accept full responsibility for the minor participant and agree to all terms on their behalf.

13. Right to Cancel or Suspend Membership (Alchemy MMA)

Alchemy MMA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Violation of the Code of Conduct
• Unsafe behavior that may harm self or others
• Disrespect toward coaches, staff, or members
• Failure to follow gym rules or instruction
• Non-payment or repeated failed payments

In the event of termination due to conduct or rule violations, membership may be canceled immediately without refund.

Alchemy MMA also reserves the right to refuse service or deny membership to any individual when deemed in the best interest of the gym community.
